Luckily, our equipment does pack down nice and compact, making our popular DIY option accessible for almost everyone! A large car with the back seats laid flat is sufficient. Our ultimate play package will require two cars or two trips. Adding additional fencing or add-ons will also require an extra trip or car.

We totally get it, life happens and plans can change! If you need to cancel, no worries, just give us at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll happily refund you in full. 💛

We also suggest having a backup plan, just in case the weather decides not to play nice! ☔️

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund for bad weather resulting in same-day cancellations, a credit may be offered though. 

Definitely! We are fully insured so our packages can join you just about anywhere! 🌈 Some public spaces do require a permit, but don’t worry, we can guide you through it if you are unsure. 

A $100 refundable bond is required for all hires. 

Once all items are returned safely, your $100 bond will be refunded.

If any items come back damaged beyond repair, unfortunately, the bond cannot be returned.

Full payment, including the bond is due before the hire period. One of our Play Hause team members will be in touch for payment details after your booking is confirmed.
